It signs an agreement with EDP for its construction and start up this year

• The course is free, lasts 120 hours, and seeks to generate a new professional profile of energy advisor for homes • The students will counsel 20 vulnerable homes to reduce their energy bills and 10 houses will be rehabilitated

Among the food collected by the Food Bank, there is cereal baby food, baby milk, purée and dairy desserts.

The entity’s challenge was to collect 6 000 toys

Oviedo, head office of the EDP Foundation, has held this afternoon the presentation of the projects selected in EDP Solidaria 2016, that will receive in total an economic contribution of 400,000 euros for developing their social improvement proposals. The event was attended by the high positions of the EDP Foundation, Manuel Menéndez and Miguel Stilwell d’Andrade, and of the EDP Group, as well as by the Counselor of Social Services and Rights of the Principality of Asturias, Pilar Varela Díaz.

The energy company EDP, in collaboration with ONCE and the Spanish Federation of Sports for Blind People (FEDC) has created “Share your energy”, an online platform that connects all those blind people or with grave visual impairment, passionate of running, with runners that can guide them, both to train and to participate in races

EDP has multiplied by two the donations that were carried out by the clients of their loyalty program
