Evaluation

With the goal of reducing rates of frequency and severity of accidents and occupational diseases, we continuously measure preventive performance. The basic elements of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System are:

Updated policies and procedures that recognize the preventive work practices established to minimize risks, fulfilling the same for all levels, both internal and external.

Preventive security observations made in order to detect and correct unsafe acts and, ultimately, improve working conditions.

Effective communication between employees and their direct managers, exchanging experiences and evaluating the work done and the application of legal requirements.

Education and ongoing training to help the understanding of how to execute the work safely.

Analysis of accidents and near accidents, providing the information necessary to adopt the most appropriate solutions to minimize the probability of recurrence.
