The artists Eduardo Hurtado, Ixone Sádaba, Ana Román, Abigail Lazkoz, Fernando Sinaga and Concha Prada are part of the first semester’s program of “Meeting with artists”, the proposal of Artium Museum, in Vitoria-Gasteiz, that enables to know closely the creators that are part of the collection, as well as their work. This program, that contributes to the goal of facilitating the knowledge of contemporary art, is sponsored by the EDP Foundation.

From 19.00 and in sessions of approximately an hour and a half, the artists explain in the Auditorium of the Museum their way of approaching the creative process and expose significative works or projects. Afterwards, already in the South Hall, the conversation continues about the works exhibited in the Artium Collection.

This meeting format allows the public attending to interact with the creators, facilitating, through direct contact, the conversation and the deeper knowledge about the representative works of Basque and Spanish art.
