The Asturian journalist, writer and runner, Cristina Mitre, has called the first meeting of Sincronizadas outside Spain on Saturday, March 16. It will be in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), at 08.00 local time, with a meeting point in the KM0 of the Running Rack of Umm Suqueim Beach.

Runners that want to participate should register on the web (sincronizadas.com) and enroll in the meeting. The web has an English version to facilitate that women from other countries can join. Currently, there are more than 15 women registered for the meeting.

The date is aimed for all levels. Participants will run five kilometers at a soft pace, and the warm-up will be directed by Mitre.

The goal of organizing this meeting in Dubai is to project the platform at an international level, promoting thus women’s running all over the world.

This EDP’s web platform, from which Mitre is ambassador, was born on December 2018 with the goal of bringing together all women who want to go for a run at any time and in any place, promoting women’s sport.

Since its launching, it has registered more than 9 500 women, that have created more than 500 meetings.
