EDP takes part in a conference on sustainable mobility and self-consumption in Oviedo

The Hotel de la Reconquista will be hosting various talks on Friday, May 17.

The Spanish Club of Energy organizes in Oviedo, together with the Spanish Federation of Entrepreneurs, and the sponsorship of EDP, a conference about sustainable mobility and self-consumption. The event will take place between 9.00 and 14.00 in the Hotel de la Reconquista, in the street Gil de Jaz, in Oviedo.

Manuel Menéndez, president of EDP Spain, will intervene in the opening of the act, and Rui Teixeira, CEO of EDP Spain, in the closing. Other representatives of the local and regional government will attend, as well as regulatory and educational agencies, and other companies from the industrial sector.

Gabriel Nebreda Molinero, director of the Distributed Generation EDP from EDP Spain, will be one of the speakers in the introductory conference “Self-consumption. New regulation and new opportunities.” Moreover, two other conferences will be held, in order to address the social impact of progresses in terms of electric vehicles, as well as about its services and evolution perspective.

Attendance is free, and it is necessary to carry out a preregistration from the website. The members of the Spanish Club of Energy will have preference to fill the vacancies.
