The agenda of the Spanish gas sector has a reference event that, during almost half a century, has made it possible for all agents of the industry to meet annually. This year, “Sedigas, Change accelerator” will be held in June 25 and 26 in the “Auditorium 400” of the Queen Sofia National Museum Art Center, and will bring together the actors of the gas sector, that face a change that affects the whole society.

The opening ceremony of these days has counted with the intervention of Rosa María Sanz, president of Sedigas, and José Domínguez Abascal, Secretary of the State of Energy from the Ministry for Ecologic Transition, as well as of other representants of the local and regional government of Madrid. Manuel Menéndez, President of EDP Spain, has intervened in the round table “Future conversations” together with representants of other gas companies.

The agenda includes workshops and talks about matters like the digitalization of the energy field, cyberspace and geopolitics, or the use of hydrogen. The annual reunion of Sedigas aspires to be an event of reflection, to address the key issues of a new economic-energetic model in Europe.
