Selectra recognizes EDP as the best marketer in Spain

It has taken into account several appraisal criteria, as well as a survey conducted among 1 558 users

Selectra, Spanish and French leader in comparation of energy fees, has awarded for the first time the Premios Confianza Selecta (Confidence Prizes Selectra) to the best energy companies in Spain.

 

The comparator has honored EDP with the prize to the Best Marketer of the year, with an 84.48% of the maximum punctuation, followed by Iberdrola with a 78.6% and by Holaluz, that occupies the third position with a 72.1%.

 

The Director-general Manager of EDP Spain, Javier Sáenz de Jubera, has stated that “in our commercial area, there are more than 300 people working each day to improve the experience of our customers. It is therefore a source of pride to know that the assessment they give us highlights all aspects in a homogeneous way. This acknowledgment reinforces our strategy and boosts us to keep working in a great and flexible value proposal, having the customer as the center of all our actions.”

 

In order to give the prize, Selectra has taken into account several appraisal criteria, as well as an online survey conducted among 1 558 users, between May 1 and 19, 2019.

 

The criteria to grant the Prize to the Best Marketer included, among others, the evaluation of the customer service quality, obtained through the survey; the clarity of the offer and the availability of information for the user; the number of complaints processed per 100 supply points (according to the report of the CNMC of 2017) and the time of phone customer service available.
