Murcia is preparing to celebrate for the 7th time the great marathon party. The EDP 2020 Murcia Marathon will take place next Sunday from 9:00 starting in the España Roundabout and finishing in Cardenal Belluga Square, in front of Murcia Catedral.

More than 3,000 people will participate in this event, to which EDP adds its energy for the second time. The race will be distributed in three distances: marathon, half marathon and 10 kilometers.

At the event’s presentation in Murcia Townhall, Salvador Navarro, delegate of EDP Levante Zone, highlighted “EDP’s commitment to the region of Murcia, where we bring our support to a healthy lifestyle”.

EDP wants to fulfill its commitment and, thus, it will reimburse the price of the race number to the participants that become clients before February 9. Those already enrolled to run on Sunday still have time to access www.edpmaratones.es and become clients with the promotion.

It is also possible to go personally to get informed without obligation to EDP space at the Runner’s Fair, where the energy company will have family games installed, as well as its latest savings offer on electricity, gas and utilities. Moreover, 25 participants will run with the race numbers that EDP raffled among its current customers.

Besides, EDP organizes a meeting on Saturday 1 at 12:00 through platform Sincronizadas.com, created to promote female running. The meeting point will be the Forus de la Flota Gym’s installations and the meeting ambassador will be the bloguer and runner Rebeca Fenoll @blouse0.
