Sincronizadas llega a Vigo
Las asistentes podrán entrenar junto con la bloguera viguesa Andrea Gabián, conocida como Lady Compostela
El próximo viernes, 5 de abril, a las 19:00 horas, a las puertas del Museo Verbum de Vigo, tendrá lugar la primera quedada de Sincronizadas en Galicia. Una cita con mucho significado, ya que el domingo se disputa la vigésima edición del Medio Maratón Gran Bahía Vig-Bay EDP.
La plataforma www.sincronizadas.com nació con el objetivo de unir a todas las mujeres que quieren salir a correr en grupo y como fomento del deporte femenino. Las asistentes a la quedada de Vigo podrán entrenar junto con la bloguera viguesa Andrea Gabián, conocida como Lady Compostela. Ella será la embajadora de un entrenamiento para todos los niveles al que se podrán unir todas las mujeres que deseen. Las participantes correrán unos 4km a ritmo suave por la zona de Samil y servirá de último entrenamiento para aquellas que vayan a participar en el Medio Maratón Gran Bahía Vig-Bay EDP el domingo 7.
Since its launch in December 2018, almost 9,800 women have been registered at www.sincronizadas.com, more than 274 in Galicia, and 88 in the province of Pontevendra. The web allows the creation of a runner’s profile based on the geographical location and the training zones, together with more technical data such as personal best. From that moment, the runners can create “meetings” and join other existing ones to go running with other women. The tool allows them to filter according to different criteria, such as date, distance from the city to the meeting, sport level, etc. There is also a chat inside of each meeting, where the runners can communicate and share information related to the trainings.
EDP, the official energy of sport, is the main sponsor of the most important popular races in Spain. Each year it supports more than 200,000 people that participate in more than 30 races with which it collaborates (www.edpmaratones.es ).
