The EDP Vitoria-Gasteiz Martín Fiz Marathon is already on the move and more than 5,000 people will be sharing their energy at this event, running through the main streets of the Basque capital city.

The session will start at 09:00 a.m., at the Lasarte Portal, with the marathon, half-marathon and 10-km, and at 12:00 it will be Txiki Marathon’s turn, followed by the Txiki-Roller at 12:15 from the Medizorroza Sports Center. At 15:00, from the Lasarte Portal again, it will be the turn of the roller-skaters that will take part in the 21 and 42-km trials. Martín Fiz himself will participate in the 10-km race, alongside with ex-cyclist Joseba Beloki and international Elena Loyo.

The presentation of the race, which is already celebrating its 17th edition, took place at the Europe Conference Center in Vitoria-Gasteiz, and was attended by Martín Fiz, Technical Director of EDP Vitoria-Gasteiz Martín Fiz Marathon; Estibaliz Canto, Councilor of Culture, Education and Sport; Igone Martínez de Luna, Deputy of Euskera, Culture and Sport; Juanjo Fernández, EDP Sales Manager; Aitor V. Morell, Director of EDP Vitoria-Gasteiz Martín Fiz Marathon; and other sponsors.
