For this, we provide the so-called Speak Up channel, which complies with the legal requirements regarding complaints and allows easy access for those who wish to make use of it.
Channel of EDP Spain
EDP Spain’s Speak Up channel is a channel that collects complaints of alleged infringements, whether of the Ethical Code or of all the legal matters, including those under the general regime for the protection of complainants recently published in Spain (Law 2/2023, February 20th, 2023), as well as internal policies and regulations. Interested parties from any company in the EDP Group may use this channel.
