The Spanish Network of the UN Global Compact has published an information pill in order to raise awareness about different aspects of climate change. EDP, being company collaborating in the Global Compact, joins the disclosure of this information, in order to collaborate in its spreading among citizens.

The pill “Introduction to climate change. Actions for climate” gathers, among other issues, the causes and effects of climate change, the agreements, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the contribution for companies.

The Global Compact is an international initiative that promotes, between the more than 12 000 entities taking part in it, practices to develop, implement and disclose entrepreneurial sustainability politics.

The Spanish Network has more than 6 000 signers, out of which only 22 are practitioners. EDP has been working with the Global Compact since 2004 and it is bronze practitioner.

This campaign has also transferred to social media, with hashtags like #ODSEmpresas and #Sociopacto
