Sincronizadas.com, the platform created by EDP to promote women running, welcomes summer with a very special training. This Friday, June 21, at 19.00, there will be a meeting with the Olympic runner Azucena Díaz in the park El Retiro (Madrid, entry Puerta Alcalá). The date is aimed for all women audience, no matter the level. They only have to register in the platform Sincronizadas.

This meeting is the starting point in order to be able to train synchronized the whole summer, and all members who join the training will receive a personalized program to continue getting in shape during the summer months. With this plan, they may program their own meetings throughout the summer, and the most active runners will be able to register for free in the different EDP races and will be held all around Spain from October.

Sincronizadas.com brings together more than 10 000 members from all over Spain and, in case of travelling abroad, the platform also puts them in contact with other runners, as here are almost 300 women registered, that live in other countries
