Genera energy and environment trade fair addresses solar energy for the first time

The International Energy and Environment Fair, which addresses issues of sustainability, innovation and business, is held at IFEMA between February 5 and 7 with EDP attendance

With the slogan “Integrating energies for a sustainable future”, from 5th to 7th February, Genera proposes three fundamental strategic themes for this new edition: Sustainability, Innovation and Business. This event is held at IFEMA (Madrid) .

Genera is committed to the renewable energy industry sector, including distribution, energy efficiency and its main applications, such as storage, self-consumption and mobility, and to responding to the sector’s main challenges and business objectives and the commitment to decarbonising both economy and society. 

On February 2020, Genera Solar has been a new sector with its own identity, focusing on one of the sectors that is leading the decarbonising process in Spain, by generating both photovoltaic and solar thermal energy, as well as in their immediate uses and applications. Genera Solar will have its own exhibition space as well as workshop and activity spaces, which have held an EDP Solar lecture.
