Two Gold CRC (CRC Oro) were awarded for the customer experience project and face-to-face service

The Spanish Association of Experts in the Relationship with Customers (AEERC) distinguished EDP with two awards in Premios CRC (Customer Relationship Center) Oro 2018. The company was recognized with the seal of excellence in customer care through the face-to-face channel and the most outstanding strategic customer experience project.


The CRC Gold Awards, delivered at the Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid, are the most important in the sector and give the seal of excellence in customer service.


The recognition of the best customer experience project reflects the commitment of all areas of the organization to meet the needs of customers.


As for the award for the best face-to-face service, EDP validates this recognition, which reinforces the company's commitment to optimize the customer experience in its stores, which receive more than 200,000 visits per year.


The CRC Gold Awards are the result of rigorous external audits, carried out by IZO, a consultancy specializing in the customer experience. In addition, the voice of the client is key, since the assessment takes into account their opinion about the attention received.


The importance of these awards is given by the concurrence of companies from different sectors that compete in the same conditions, in a transversal manner, which further strengthens the policy of EDP in the relationship with its customers. Companies from the main economic sectors have participated, such as banking, e-commerce, energy and utilities, insurance or retail.
