The EDP Theater Gran Vía of Madrid hosts the exclusive projection of the documentary “San Silvestre: la energía de las personas” (Saint Silvester: the people’s energy). Then, the round table about the Saint Silvester’s races will take place, and will count with the presence of, among others, Rodrigo Moro, director of the documental, and of Miguel Ángel Muñoz, actor and running amateur.

Moreover, the winners of the I EDP La Energía de San Silvestre Awards 2019 will be announced, acknowledging those that have contributed to the organization and development of these kind of races, turning them into a social and sport phenomenon.

The “I Study EDP La Energía de San Silvestre”, supported by EDP, reveals that 1 251 San Silvestre races exist in Spain, that gather almost 700 000 people towards this tradition of biding the year farewell running.
