EDP takes part in Expo Relación Cliente

The quality in the customer service quality is essential for the company

The stadium Wanda Metropolitano has been this week’s stage for EXPO Relación Cliente, the biggest professional event of customer service and “call center” sector. Marta Díaz Gallego, director of the Commercial Cycle B2C and EDP’s Customer Service, has taken part in the final day.

 

Marta Díaz Gallego’s intervention has been in the colloquium named “E-volution and transform-action of the contact center: the back office comes to the forefront”. Antonio Díaz, CEO of E-voluciona and Jaime Mier Calleja, Contact Center Operational Manager of Ikea, completed the table. Raquel Serradilla, vicepresident of the Spanish Association of Experts in Relations with Clients, has acted as a moderator.

 

Apart from the conferences and the round tables, EXPO Relación Cliente’s program has also contemplated the leisure activities. EDP’s participation in the event, responds to the company’s interest in implementing improvements that enrich the communication with their clients.
