Asturias will be living itsrunning lifestyle in a very special way with the EDP Marathon Route of the Reconquest. The main novelty of this edition is in the premiere of a new route. It will be the first time, in its 31 editions, that participants will pass through the Basilica of Covadonga.

More than 1,200 runners will take the exit at 5:30 pm on Avenida de Covadonga, in front of the Cangas de Onís park. The finish line will be located on the same avenue.

EDP ll have a space in the Town Hall Square of Cangas de Onís on Saturday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm. Under the EDP you will be able to get gifts and an exclusive time bracelet for runners. Visitors can also take a souvenir photo on a very special podium and learn first-hand the promotion of the company's free racing bibs, available at www.edpmaratones.es

In addition, those who approach the EDP gy space can support the "Runner Icon" initiative, which asks Internet search engines to include the option to run on their maps. More than 7,300 people have already signed up at www.runnericon.com. EDP iso gives the entrants an exclusive wristband for runners, included in the runner's bag.
