EDP sums to the Mentoring project that has been launched by the Spanish Association of Women for Energy (AEMENER in Spanish). A program aimed for women studying and working in the energy sector, which purpose is to promote their career and help them accomplish their goals and maximize their learning.

In order to participate there are different options: becoming part of the organizer team and collaborating in the activities’ coordination and training sessions; it is also possible to become mentor through the program for Women of Energy and Engineering; and lastly, those who want to promote their professional career may be “mentorized”.

With this cooperation, EDP continues to pursue its commitment regarding the Sustainable Development Goal number 5, gender equality and women empowerment.
