EDP is the IAAF/Trinidad Alfonso Campeonato del Mundo de Media Maratón Valencia 2018as National Partner. The race will be held on March 24 in Valencia and will count with the official energy of sport, EDP.

The race, of 21,097 kilometers, will bring together thousands of runners sharing the Valencian asphalt with the best athletes in the world, and will have the boost of the energy company. EDP ll lend its support to the Championship through several actions in benefit of the participating runners.

The Runner's Fair will be the main space where attendees will be able to see the electricity, gas and services EDP rs and take advantage of the promotion of free racing bibs for new customers. The reimbursement promotion is also available at www.edpmaratones.es and will be active until April 2, 2018.

The EDP will be within the City of Arts and Sciences. The space will be open on Thursday 22 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday, September 23 from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. uninterruptedly, and Saturday, September 24 from 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. In the City of Arts and Sciences, enrollees can also pick up their runner's bag.

At the fair, visitors can take a photo crossing the finish line. In addition, there will be gifts to those who visit the EDP . The Runner Icon initiative, which asks the Internet search engines to incorporate the "running" option when looking for a route on its maps, will also be a protagonist at the fair. Running fans can sign the petition on the tablets dedicated to this project especially designed for lovers of the sport.

EDP already well known by the runners of the two major events of Valencia Ciudad del Running, as it is the Official Sponsor of the Half Marathon and Valencia Marathon, which is named after the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation.
