The Executive Boards of Hidroeléctrica del Cantábrico, S.A.U. and Naturgas Energía Grupo, S.A. have approved the Regulation of the Complaint Channel, which is integrated as a relevant control in the Criminal Legal Risks Prevention Model (MPRJP).

The complaints will be directed to the Compliance organ, which is the Internal Audit and Compliance Administration, without damaging the monitoring and decision functions of the Executive Board, meeting all the requirements of Article 31 bis of the Penal Code.
