The fifteenth"EDP era Popular del Jurásico" will be held on Saturday 30 September. It consists of 6.7 kilometers of route starting in Lastres until Colunga. The race is organized by the City Council of Colunga (Ayuntamiento de Colunga)andClub Colunga Atletismo Jurásico, and is sponsored by EDP.

290 participants are already enrolled in the main race. 93 children are expected to race in their category, and 60 in the handicapped category. Female participation is at 40%. The event will start at 3.30pm with Children and the main event will be at 5pm. The handicapped category starts at 5.45pm.

The presentation of this sporting event was carried out in the City Council of Colunga, with the presence of Rogelio Pando and Sandra Cuesta, mayor and councilor of the City Council of Colunga. Also attending were Francisco Balbín, president of the club organizing the event, Colunga Athletics Jurassic, and Emma Gancedo, representative of Caja Rural. Likewise, Nicanor Fernández, director of the EDP andation attended the meeting.

It should be noted that the deadline for registration ends at midnight on Thursday 28, but enrollment will be available at the starting line.
