On Friday 21 and Saturday 22, the Sport Fair will be opening its doors from 10:00 to 20:00 in the fair ground IFEMA, in Madrid. EDP will be there to reinforce its commitment with all the runners of the EDP Rock’n’Roll Madrid Marathon and ½, who are invited to visit the company’s space, called “Everyone to the marathon”, to finish up their “runner” experience.

To do so, EDP presents the activity “Fotomaratón”. In this area, the visitor can take a photo in the finishing line, right before crossing it. The person in charge of this area will be fixing the goal time of the participant or the record of the race in a personalized chronometer, and thus, the resulting photo will be one worthy sharing in social media.

“RunnerSlot”, for its part, will be the space where EDP’s personalities, Nano Solano, Vera Ribera, Juan Volcán or Lolo Eolo, will be competing in an urban circuit, similar to the popular Scalextric. EDP’s staff will hand clappers for the little ones to cheer runners and get involved in the activity. Nano Solano’s character will have a double role in the area, as he will also be in charge of inviting the visitors to take photos on the podium with the race’s map in the background.

Lastly, all participants in the marathon can get their EDP’s wristband with the timings. In order to pick one of the 16 models, they just need to present their race bib. As a matter of fact, this Sport Fair will precisely be located in the fair ground of the Partenón Avenue of Madrid, which is also the area chosen by the organization to hand in the race bibs. It is also important to recall that EDP gives a microfiber towel to all participants, available in the runner’s bag.
