More than 10,000 runners will participate in the 9th EDP Bilbao Night Marathon

The ninth edition of the EDP Bilbao Night Marathon will be held on October 21 with more than 10,000 participants. The starting line of this international event, sponsored by the energy company EDP, will be located on the esplanade of San Mamés, and the finish line in the vicinity of the Guggeheim Museum.

The EDP Bilbao Night Marathon has been presented at the Euskalduna Palace, in an event that had the participation of the mayor of Youth and Sport of Bilbao, Oihane Agirregoitia; the Head of Sales of the EDP Group in the Basque Country, Miguel Ángel Grande; and the director of EDP Bilbao Night Marathon, Iñigo Elarre, among others. For his part, Miguel Ángel Grande, head of Sales in the Basque Country of EDP, emphasized the commitment of his company with Bilbao and this marathon.

The race, which will start on Saturday October 21 at 08:30 p.m., will complete a full urban circuit throughout the city center until the finish line in the vicinity of the Guggeheim Museum.

Among the new features of this ninth EDP Bilbao Night Marathon is the organization of the Expokirolak fair in the Euskalduna Palace, where EDP will offer information, games and gifts in its space. This is also where you can get your race fee back if you're a new EDP customer. It will be open on Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 08:30 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 07:30 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
