• A new edition of EDP Energía Solidaria has been launched. This initiative will make it easier to solve social and environmental issues through sustainable and socially innovative proposals.
   
• EDP has opened a new counseling service to aid all entities in exhibiting their projects.
   
• The initiative has already invested 6 million euros in 188 projects for more than 120 organizations since it was first implemented. It has had a positive impact in the quality of life of more than 580 000 people.

• The project, which will be operational in July 2025, guarantees the future of Asturias’ most important power plant

• The group will have 494 MW of power and reduce CO2 emissions by an average of 30%

• Corporación Masaveu and EDP have chosen another Asturian company, Duro Felguera, thus strengthening their commitment to the Principality’s industrial sector

• Belonging to the EDP Energía Solidaria program, the proposals are committed to sustainable mobility, energy efficiency and renewable energies

• The initiatives will take place in Galicia, Asturias, Castile and León, Aragon, La Rioja, Madrid, Andalusia and the Canary Islands.

The plant will be converted into a natural gas facility in 2025 and both companies will have a co-ownership of 50%

• Miguel Stilwell d'Andrade is one of the Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders who endorsed an open letter to anticipate the main issues on the COP28 agenda.
• The Alliance - promoted by the World Economic Forum - brings together global companies from different sectors representing a universe of around 12 million employees and a turnover of around four trillion dollars.

The company works alongside Térvalis in a project approved by the European Commission to produce renewable ammonia in Teruel.

Strong track record in 17 of EDP markets and recent boost in distributed solar installations steered EDP to a leading position in this business. Group has already installed 1.6 GWp worldwide.

The facility will have an electrolysis power of 5 MW and will produce 600 tons of green hydrogen per year.

The project GreenH2Atlantic, that the energy company will develop in Sines (Portugal), will also receive European financing
